73.2KAnother round of eating the same meal but with different goals in mind 🙌🏼 Something I love about flexible eating (tracking macros/calories) is it allows you to eat what your family & friends are eating. Before I learned about nutrition I would eat different dinners then my family, my kids would ask why etc. I hated it. When I learned it wasn’t so much about WHAT I was eating & it was more about how MUCH I was eating. I learned I could eat what my family was eating whilst reaching my goals. Here is a good example. My friend is in a deficit at the moment her goal is weightloss so she has lower calories then me & I am in a building phase, trying to build muscle & with that comes a bit of weight gain, so higher calories. We both made lunch, had the same thing but our portions were different. Weight-loss meal - 520 Cals 👉🏻Burger thins for the bun 👉🏻50% light tasty cheese 👉🏻 25g short bacon 👉🏻Extra lean beef burger - peppercorn brand 👉🏻10g tomato sauce 👉🏻100g sweet potato fries 👉🏻15g feta 👉🏻Mixed greens salad Muscle building meal 👉🏻 916 calories 👉🏻Gourmet burger bun 👉🏻Tasty cheese 👉🏻Extra lean beef burger - peppercorn brand 👉🏻60g streaky bacon 👉🏻20g tomato sauce 👉🏻250g sweet potato fries 👉🏻25g feta 👉🏻Mixed greens salad #mealideas #bulkingseason #caloriedeficit #weightloss #nutrtiontips #nutritioncoach
