Okay maybe SCAM is the wrong word 😂👇 The truth is, the research on ACV shows some ✨potential✨ and very MODEST benefits: 👉 Decreased appetite 👉 Improved glucose regulation 👉 Decreased body weight 👉 Improved blood lipids But the truth is also that a lotttt more research is needed to fully understand these effects. What we know is that ACV might improve some health markers in SOME people some of the time. Lol. And even if ACV might be helpful for some—lifestyle changes, dietary changes, and potentially medication will often still be needed to truly transform your health. If you want to see if ACV might help you feel your best, aim for 2 tbsp or so throughout the day. I’d recommend including it in your salad dressings (YUM!) or at the very least, diluting it and drinking with a straw. Because that ish is acidic, and I don’t want you damaging your teeth!
