🔈Calling all BEGINNERS‼️👋💪🏻 Welcome to weights👊🏻👊🏻 I wanted to show you 6 moves for an upper body ARM workout & a few tips 🔑 ⭐️Always start light - in my classes I recommend starting with 2kgs & building up v slowly - water bottles also fine ✔️ ⭐️Form is way more important than heavy weights ~ get the technique right & you’ll progress quickly & safely ✔️ ⭐️Stick to the plan & try to strength train 3x a week ~ you can try my classes at www.carolinescircuits.com ~ just 30 mins‼️ The exercises 👇 GO SLOW‼️ 10 reps of each • 3 or 4 sets 🔥 1️⃣Lateral raises - try to avoid momentum 2️⃣Shoulder press - single/single/double (knees soft core engaged) 3️⃣Alternate hammer curls 4️⃣Tricep kickbacks ~ hinge at hips 5️⃣Alt front raises ~ don’t lean back 6️⃣Alt rows ~ hinge over & keep hips still I’m using 2.5kgs ~ use the weights which are right for you esp when starting out ✅ Activewear @sweatybetty @thesportsedit ~ head @thesportsedit for their fabulous Black Friday sale⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ www.carolinescircuits.com • code xmas20
