Let's dive deeper into TikTok Analytics. Here, we'll share how to track your video and audience performance on TikTok using our Analytics tool. It can help you understand engagement, traffic, and followers. You can also use it to get creative inspiration for future videos, shaping how you plan your future content.
Checking Your Analytics
Analytics are organized into three main categories: Overview, Content, and Followers.Under Overview, you will be able to see video views, profile views, likes, comments, and shares over the last seven, 28, or 60 days, or a custom date range up to 60 days. Within Overview, the Engagement section allows you to better understand your video performance using metrics such as likes (the number of likes your videos received in the selected date range), comments (the number of comments your videos received in the selected date range), and shares (the number of shares your videos received in the selected date range). If you want deeper insights, dig into the Content tab for extended data and analytics for each video you post. This is where you'll find information such as total views, total likes, comments, shares, average watch time, watched the full video (percentage of viewers who watched the entire video), traffic source type (where viewers found your videos, including your profile, the For You feed, etc.), and audience territories. All Content metrics are available for the last seven days only. The Followers tab highlights insights about the community you've built on TikTok. This includes information like where your audiences are from, times of the day or week when followers are most active on TikTok, and the change in follower growth compared to the previous period. If you scroll past the Followers graph, you can observe your profile views, toggling between a seven-day and 28-day view.Creators with LIVE access can also view their analytics (for the last seven or 28 days) on the LIVE tab, home to information like total views, new followers, total time, Diamonds collected in the last seven days or 28 days, and more. You can also view the following in your Analytics:
    Content Inspiration
Videos similar to yours, "followers viewed," and "trending."

How to Use Analytics
You can access the Analytics tool from the Creator Center. For specific video performance, click on More insights at the bottom of your video.
From the Analytics entrypoint in Creator Center, you can click the Overview, Content, or the Follower tab to check your performance.
After entering the Overview tab, you can view the Creation Inspiration section, which includes videos from similar creators, "followers viewed," and "trending" to inspire future content ideas.
When you click on More insights, you can review a single video's performance in the Performance tab and Viewer tab. In the Performance tab, you can check overall video traffic, top comment words, and engagement analysis; in the Viewer tab, you can see the viewer demographic.
Interpreting Your Analytics
Analytics is a helpful tool to see how your content performs, and can absolutely be a guide for your future content strategy. This tool should help inform your future content, but don't be discouraged if not all of your content performs the way you want it to!While analytics metrics are helpful in understanding video performance, keep in mind that fluctuations are normal. If you try a new trending format and it doesn't resonate with your audience, that's okay — you can use it as a learning experience. Review your Analytics to note differences in watch time and other factors to determine what works for your audience. Analysis like this is helpful in understanding what captures your audience's attention and what you can do to shape future videos so that they resonate.
Experiment With Your Videos
Remember, experimentation is an important part of the creation experience on TikTok. You may consider posting different kinds of videos with varying sounds and visuals to gauge what viewers like most, and you can start by using your data to make real changes to your that will make your videos shine.Use
