What to eat on a Raw Vegan Fast! A raw food diet can be one that consists of 50-100% raw foods. A raw vegan diet consists of non-animal derived food eaten uncooked or heated at temperatures below 104 to 118 degrees Fahrenheit. When doing a raw food fast, I typically commit to a 90% or more raw vegan diet. I typically do this for 7-21 days, abstaining from food from 6am-6pm each day and substituting my meals with praying at my usual meal times. Listen to your body but most importantly, let the Holy Spirit lead you! I will never announce when I am fasting or document while I am fasting as Jesus himself explicitly adviced against broadcasting your fast in Matthew 6:16-18. However, I am open to providing tips, and revelations that have contributed to my most successful fasting experiences in the past!
