La Yeon is controversial for its 3 Michelin Stars because of its simple menu, patterned after Hansik or food eaten by Korean royalty. However, the food was ingredient centric and delicious!!! As a person who loves vegetables and high quality ingredients, I wholly enjoyed this meal and would recommend it to people who love the same.
