Disappointed with Luxor in Las Vegas, how can they not maintain their rooms! I called asking if I can be switched rooms because it was extremely hot, they said they couldnt but would send an engineer to check AC. Guy said it was hot because thermostat was low on battery 🙄 then he switched out filter and this was it. Front desk only switched out my room u till I showed them this video. Now I feel anxious and feel like I got the hibijibis even in the new room 🤢 .
