Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Dinner🔥 Recipe 1 32 oz bag tater tots 1 lb chicken breast 2 TBSP butter 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 TBSP ranch seasoning 1 TBSP minced garlic Shredded mozzarella Ranch dressing 4 pieces of cooked and chopped bacon Steps -Pour tater tots into an air fryer and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (you could also bake them in the oven). -Cut chicken into smaller pieces. -Add 2 TBSP of butter to a skillet over medium high heat. -Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and ranch seasoning. -Let that cook until chicken is done and reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. -Add 1 TBSP minced garlic. -Once tater tots are cooked add them to the skillet with the chicken. -Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped up pieces of bacon. -Put in the oven on broil to melt the cheese (or back on the stove and cover with a lid if not using an oven safe skillet). -Serve and enjoy! I always forget how easy it is to make appetizer cups out of tater tots so let me introduce you! Loaded Tater Tot Cups 1 bag frozen tater tots Chopped bacon Shredded yellow cheddar Chives or green onion Sour cream Preheat oven 425°F, grease muffin tray (I used olive oil spray) and put 5-6 tots in each muffin tin. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and use a small cup (I used an espresso glass) or a muddler to press tater tots down to creat cup shape. Sprinkle some shredded cheese in each cup. Bake additional 13-15 minutes until golden. Remove from oven.
