Fresh Soy Milk - Sua Dau Nanh Ingredients: 1 cup soy beans, soaked overnight 6 cups filtered water Some Pandan leaves, tied into a bundle Rock sugar or your choice of sweetener, optional Method: 1. Blend soy beans & water in high speed blender until smooth. Pour milk into nut milk bag, placed in a large bowl. Squeeze out milk until you’re left with dry pulp. **You may have to do this in two rounds if your blender is not big enough for 6 cups of water at a time. 2. In large pot, simmer soy milk with Pandan leaves & rock sugar to cook away raw taste, about 20 min. Stirring constantly. 3.
