The most unique and amazing dining experience in San Francisco 🌉 @tongaroom is a tiki-themed restaurant & bar located at @fairmontsanfrancisco. It was a Hollywood set designer who created the themed look and feel. You can gather around a large central “lagoon,” once the hotel’s indoor swimming pool. Tropical rain, thunder, and lightning storms blow through from time ⛈️, while a band plays from a floating boat🎷⛵ They serve Pacific Rim cuisines and umbrella drinks 🍹. The food and drinks were delicious. The whole ambiance feels like you are on vacation. The experience is just amazing, you need to check it out!!  First come first serve. Lost Cat is THE spot If you love cats and drinks. It’s a family-fun bar that opened up in 2022 in Lower Nob Hill. They’re open everyday until 2am. So if you want to snuggle with a cat while eating some hot pizza and enjoying a lychee martini, you’re in luck. The owner has 4 cats, and we had the pleasure of hanging out with Toby, an orange tabby munchkin. He’s the most friendly of all of them and he even has a portrait near the front. I came with some friends and out of all the cocktails, you need to try the Peach & Cherry Blossom. This has sake and a rose-cherry blossom sweetener that was so good that we ordered a second round. For food, you can place your order until 1:30am. We got the Chicken Skewers, Pulled Pork Sliders, Asiago Steak Panini, Cheese Pizza, I love the one with pepperoni and it came so piping hot, Tuna Swiss Croissant, Chicken Salad Croissant, garlic fries, cheese blitz , and for dessert, the Waffle & Ice Cream. It was a spread. I love this mix of American bar food with a touch of asian flavors. Lost Cat is such a cute spot.
