Anyone else wear multiple running shoes in a week? I like using different shoes for the specific type of run I have planned. More cushioned shoes for easy effort runs, lightweight for speedwork, carbon-plated for race day, mixed terrain for trail. Rotating them based on their purpose helps me feel more connected to the goal of my run. While it’s not necessary to have multiple pairs of shoes, I’ve personally found having a shoe rotation to be very beneficial when training for races. I found Nike’s Infinity 4 to be a great shoe for easy effort, long, and recovery because of its cushioning and support. Nike’s Pegasus 40 was more responsive and lightweight. I found it great for easy effort and even tempo runs. What’s in your current shoe rotation? LMK! Check out the link in my bio for @Nike Must Win 6 line-up! #TeamNike #Ad #NikeRunning #TeamNike
