Have you been to Chattanooga? It’s such a fun and outdoorsy city! Save this 2-day itinerary if you’re thinking about heading there soon! Day One Visit @rubyfallscave - this impressive waterfall is inside of a cave! You’ll also get to enjoy lots of beautiful cave formations on the way there. You can also visit by guided tour. Prices vary but are typically $26.95 per adult. Take a day trip to Cloudland Canyon State Park! (30 minutes from Chattanooga). I recommend the Cherokee Falls and Hemlock Falls trail (1.2 miles) and the West Rim Loop (4.7 miles) if you have time! Please make sure to leave no trace. Enjoy dinner and drinks at @thebitteralibi. They have a great beer selection, and I loved their peanut noods 🤤 Visit the @chatanoogachoochoo, a former train station that now houses a comedy club, restaurants, bars and more. It’s a neat place for photos! Grab dessert at @clumpies, a popular local ice cream place! Day Two Eat breakfast at Stone Cup Cafe, which has a nice balcony overlooking the river and a park. Walk across the Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge and take in the views of the Tennessee River, Hunter Art Museum and an impressive series of ramps. Visit Rock City - this place has it all! Explore various rock formations, including some narrow areas. Take in expansive views and look for all 7 states that are in view (Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky). And descend into trippy caverns full of neon, fairytale displays! Tickets start at $17.95 per adult. Ride one of the steepest incline railroads in the world to the top of Lookout Mountain! The views here are incredible. Tickets start at $15 per adult. Walk from the railroad over to Lookout Mountain Battlefield (a National Park site where you can use your America the Beautiful pass!). Along with history, there are incredible views from this park. Eat at the Rosecomb Bar. The atmosphere is classy yet casual, and they have a beautiful garden patio. I loved grilled cheese with fig jam and carmelized onions, and the cocktails. The menu changes regularly and it’s 21+. (Rock City & the Incline Railroad were hosted. Opinions my own) Which activity would you do first? #visitchatt
