If you want some sweetness or your protein powder is unsweetened, add honey or maple syrup. Melt chocolate chips Pour the melted dark chocolate over the Greek yogurt-protein mixture. Protein yogurt bark is my new snack obsession. Ingredients 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt 2 scoops @Flex Brands vanilla protein powder (discount code: MARIANNA15) 1 cup chopped strawberries 2 tbsp peanut butter 1/4 cup dark chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil Instructions 1. In a large bowl mix together yogurt and protein powder until smooth. 2. Transfer yogurt to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Smooth out until you form a thin, even layer. 3. Add chocolate and coconut oil to a small bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth. 4. Top yogurt with chopped strawberries, peanut butter, and chocolate. 5. Here is WHY I love these bars! 👇 . 📝 NOTE 👉 These work for me! Everyone has different preferences and our tummies handle things differently. Personally I like to consider: amount of protein, fiber content, calories (less = less likely to keep me full for long!), and sweeteners (some just don't sit well in my tummy!) . Costco Bars ➡️ A bit on the thicker and denser side, but I enjoy this! These have a pretty high fiber content which helps with feelin' full. . Built Bars ➡️ Super chewy texture, divine when chilled! Some people enjoy warming them up in the microwave for a few seconds for a gooier texture. They also have "puffs", a marshmallow-like bar but are not my go-to choice, other folks love 'em! These are more of a "lighter" snack for me since they're less energy dense (calories) than others. . (If you wanna try you can use my affiliate code “NOFOODRULES10” for a 10% discount. My fave flavors = cookies n' cream, coconut (think almond joy!), and the mint.) . Barebells ➡️ I'll never be one to say a candy bar and a protein bar are the same. They're NOT. Quest Crispy Bars ➡️ I'm typically not a fan of fruity-flavored bars, this one was an exception. The texture was also super satisfying and there was a mix of protein and fiber which helped with fullness. . I call em Choco ProYo PB Bites & they are 👌🏼⁣ ⁣ Recipe from @mariannas_pantry with small adjustments…⁣ ⁣ 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I used Oikos Triple Zero Van for extra protein)⁣ 2 scoops Vanilla whey isolate⁣ 4 tbsp powdered PB mix⁣ 3 tbsp water to mix with PB powder (I used sugar free syrup instead)⁣ 1/2 c dark chocolate (I used Lily’s stevia-sweetened choc chips) + 1 tsp coconut oil⁣ ⁣ 1.Mix yogurt and protein together and place into 9 silicone cupcake molds. (Pro tip: freeze the cupcake pan before use.)⁣ ⁣ 2.Mix together PB powder and sugar free syrup (or water) and even distribute among all 9 cupcake molds for the 2nd layer.⁣ ⁣ 3.Melt chocolate chips & coconut oil in a small ramekin (15-20 second intervals) and then evenly spread across all 9 cupcake molds.⁣ ⁣ 4.Freeze for 1-2 hours and then enjoy! If it’s frozen for longer, place it on the counter for 5-10 mins to thaw some to avoid going to the dentist.⁣ ⁣ #chocolate #healthydessert #highproteinsnack #highproteindessert
