HOT & SOUR POTSTICKER SOUP | We are clearly in our Soup Era and this Hot and Sour Potsticker Soup from Kristen @ the Epicurean Moise with sichuan chili, garlic, and Chinese black vinegar is only enabling us. RECIPE 1 package of InnovAsian Chicken Potstickers 1 cup potsticker water, reserved 1 tbsp Sichuan chili flakes 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp canola oil 1 ½ Tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar 2 tsp white granulated sugar 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds 2 green onions, sliced thin Cilantro leaves for garnish INSTRUCTIONS Heat oil until it starts to smoke. Pour hot oil over minced garlic and chili flakes. Stir in soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds and potsticker ponzu sauce. Bring a pot of water up to a boil. Drop potstickers into the boiling water. Boil for 6-8 minutes. Scoop up the dumplings and place into the chili mixture. Ladle 1 cup of hot potsticker water into the bowl.
