How to make the tastiest Korean pork cutlet! I’ve often been asked what my favorite Korean food is. Next to kimchi stew, it’s Korean pork cutlet, also known as donkkaseu in Korean. It’s the best combination of crispiness with a juicy tender meat on the inside that’s just *chef’s kiss. I used a bigger pork cut because I love fatty and juicy donkkaseu. You can also use thin slices of pork loin or tenderloin and you can also substitute the pork with chicken or beef. The thin slices (about 1 inches thick) take only about 5 minutes to cook. Bigger pork like the one in my video take 8 to 10 minutes on high heat. For the oil, I used avocado oil but you can also substitute with olive oil or corn oil. The sauce is also my mom’s secret recipe! I’m totally biased but I think it’s the best tasting donkatsu sauce out there. You can make the soup with hot water before pouring it into the donkatsu sauce. #recipe #koreanrecipe #cookingvideo #easyrecipe #koreanfood #donkatsu
