HONEY GARLIC PORK CHOPS: These honey garlic pork chops are another staple in my house and you only need 6 ingredients to make these! Ingredients: Honey Garlic Sauce: 1/2 cup of Olive Oil 1/2 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce) ( I used @bigtreefarmsbali) 4 tbsp raw honey 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ( or any vinegar works) ( I used @bragg) 2 tbsp garlic powder (or fresh garlic) 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp pepper 4 Boneless Pork Chops ( Thick ones if possible) ( I got mine in the @wholefoods meat counter) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside. 3. In a small to medium baking dish add your pork chops, (make sure that the dish is small enough where your pork chops are close to each other as this ensures they stay nice and juicy.) 4. Pour sauce mixture on pork chops and cook on 400 degrees for 14 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes until the top of the porkchops are nice and brown.
