new addition to the recipe rotation !! so delicious & fresh and comes together in no time 🍚 recipe — for the tuna: 1 lb sushi grade tuna, cut into cubes 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp rice vinegar 1.5 tsp sesame oil handful of chopped scallions sesame seeds mix together and let marinate for a bit while you cook your rice. i had jasmine so that’s what i used, and cooked 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water. made the spicy mayo mixing about 1/4 cup of kewpie mayo with 1 tsp siracha and just of half a lime. let rice cool for a bit once it’s done. then, assemble your bowl! i sliced some cucumbers and mixed them with salt and black sesame seeds and added that to the bowl. then add your tuna, sushi ginger (optional), extra scallions, black sesame seeds and drizzle the spicy mayo on top! so many toppings you can add this dish it is so versatile. enjoy 🍣 #recipe #pokebowl #recipeoftheday #healthyrecipes #healthyfood #recipesoftiktok #recipes
