@peachedtortilla just opened in cedar park! We ordered the Kimchi Arancini balls 9 Taiwanese duck roll 15 Brussels sprouts with peach glaze 12 Pork belly bowl with egg and rice 16 Pesto udon 8 Malaysian chicken 21. Strawberry pie BINGSU 9 The wait for walk in for 1.5 hours so def make a resy. Personally I recommend the pork belly bowl and the arancini balls. The Malaysian chicken was soft and tender like Poached chicken with a basted exterior that was sweet. I think personally it wasn’t my cup of tea but that’s a personal preference. The pork belly was delish! It was tender and slightly crisp on the outside and dipping into the jammy egg was chefs kiss. Arancini balls tasted nostalgic and were cheesy in the center. I just wish they were larger for what we paid. Thai basil pesto udon was surprisingly really fragrant and delish, would have been perfection if the noodles were less broken up. The BINGSU was excellent! We got the strawberry pie one, it had a crumble and strawberry syrup. My only critique was wanting more topping and syrup folded into the actual BINGSU. I think if you go into peached tortilla expecting its own cuisine and not trying to compare it to traditional Asian food, you’ll enjoy it.
