We made the Viral Pasta Salad by @Katryce and all we have to say is RUN to get the ingredients 🤤 This was truly a 10/10! Here’s how we made it: - 1 box colored rotini pasta, cooked and cooled - 1 cup English cucumber, diced - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered - 1/2 red onion, diced - 1/3 cup kalamata olives, halved (our addition) - 1/3 cup pepperonicini peppers, sliced (our addition) - 4.5 oz salami, chopped (our addition) - 4 oz provolone cheese, cubed (our addition) - Salad Supreme Seasoning, to taste but use a heavy hand - 16oz Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing 1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine, cover, and refrigerate over night. 1/3 cup mayo
1 tbsp red wine vinegar 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1/2 tbsp spicy honey
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil

PASTA SALAD I’m typically all about warming, hearty meals in the winter time but I make an exception for pasta salad. This is a cold dish I love having year round! It has a great balance of carbs, protein and fat; it’s so simple to prep, and tastes absolutely delicious! It’s also easy to customize, if there’s an ingredient you don’t have on hand, or don’t care for, it can be omitted or swapped with a similar ingredient. Hope you enjoy!
