pancakes on the weekend >> 🥞🫶🏼 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter) 1/4 cup chocolate chips plus another handful 😋 in a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, whisk melted butter and date sugar until combined. add in eggs and vanilla, whisk pour in milk and whisk again create a well in the dry ingredients. pour in the wet and fold together until combined (don’t over mix, some chunks are good) mix in chocolate chips let batter sit for a few minutes preheat a griddle or pan over medium heat, and heat while the batter sits grease the griddle/pan with some butter, and add batter 1/4 cup at a time cook 2-3 min, until bubbles form, flip, and cook another 1-2 minutes serve with some maple syrup, and enjoy! #pancakes #breakfast #weekend #dairyfree #easyrecipe #recipe #chocolate
