Overnight oats are one of my all time favourite meal prep recipes - delicious, creamy and healthy. This combination is an absolute must try INGREDIENTS 👩🏻🍳 (per serving) ➡️ 40g oats ➡️ 20g protein powder (I used @myprotein peanut chocolate flavour) ➡️ 1/2 banana, mashed ➡️ 50g Greek yoghurt ➡️ 60ml milk of choice (I use soy) ➡️ 1 tbsp chia seeds ➡️ 1/2 tbsp maple syrup ➡️ 1/2tsp cinnamon Toppings ➡️ 1tsp peanut butter ➡️ 1/2tsp coconut oil ➡️ chocolate chips Method 1. Mix together your oats, protein powder, yoghurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and mashed banana 2. Melt together your peanut butter and coconut oil and pour onto the top, add your chocolate chips and one slide of banana 3. Leave in the fridge overnight 3.
