This is how you can make the perfect Ninja Creami base every single time 🍨 📌 SAVE THIS RECIPE FOR LATER NOTE: Calories and macros will vary depending on the flavour of custard protein you use, but they will all be around that 250 calorie range! Calories: 249 calories (vanilla custard flavour) 29.c 10f 48p Ingredients - 300ml of skim milk - 40g of @muclenation Custard Protein of choice - Pinch of salt - 5g of sweetener of choice (I used stevia) Method 1. In a Creami tub, add skim milk, custard protein, salt, and sweetener. With an electric hand mixer or something similar, mix it all together. 2. Fill the rest of the tub with water up until the liquid reaches the max fill line. You won't have to worry about the mixture becoming too icy as the protein custard will help keep it thick and creamy. 3. Give it one final mix and freeze the mixture for a MINIMUM of 24 hours. Take it out any sooner and the mixture won't set properly, turning it into a liquidy mixture when mixed. 4. After 24 hours, run the Creami tub under hot water for 30s-1min so that it isn't so icy on the sides and bottom of the tub when making the ice cream. 5. Use the lite ice cream function. If the mixture comes out too icy, then add a VERY SMALL amount of water and respin (seriously like a few flicks is more than enough). (OPTIONAL) 6. If you have the calories, then add any mix in you want.
