Visit California State Parks with the Golden Poppy Annual Pass ☀️ Part 2: MORRO BAY STATE PARK Morro Bay has become one of our favorite road trip stops on the Central Coast. The town itself has fantastic seafood restaurants and beautiful views, but the state park, state preserve, and state beaches are worth making the stop as well. THINGS TO SEE: • SALTWATER MARSH & LAGOON • MUSEUM • GOLF COURSE • MARINA • CAMPGROUND • PICNIC SITES • HIKING TRAILS & more… There’s so much to see, including wildlife! I could sit and watch the birds and sea otters all day 🥹 GOLDEN POPPY INFO: 🎟️ $125 for one annual pass/vehicle tag 🎟️ valid for 12 months from the month purchased 🎟️ day-use only (no camping) 🎟️ admission to 100+ state parks, including many in the redwood region, coastal areas, and popular destination Lake Tahoe (excl. SoCal beaches!) My family and I are using our pass to plan day trips to see as many California State Parks as we can! This is a fun way to enjoy the outdoors with our kids. Please remember to leave no trace and take care of these parks 💚 FOLLOW FOR PART THREE 🌳🌳🌳 #morrobay #sanluisobispocounty #centralcoast #californiacoast #californiaroadtrip #californiadaytrip #californiatravel #castateparks #californiablogger #familytravel #familyadventure #travelingwithkids #outdoorswithkids
