INGREDIENTS (4 servings): 1 cup glutinous rice + 1 ¼ cup water 1 can (14 oz) coconut cream 2 tbs sugar (palm or white) a big pinch of salt ½ tbs cornstarch + 1 tbs water 2 mangos sesame seeds DIRECTIONS: 1. Wash & rinse glutinous rice. 2. Add rice, water, cook in rice cooker. 3. Combine coconut cream, sugar, salt. 4. Simmer low-med heat in saucepan. 5. Mix half of coconut sauce w/ rice. 6. For other half add cornstarch + water 7. Stir til coconut sauce is thick, smooth 8.
