Can you believe that I have never been to J. Alexander’s before!? This classy restaurant had some pretty incredible vibes and food. We started with the Steak Rolls that were an enormous portion and absolutely packed, with an amazing dipping sauce on the side. We also got the Hong Kong Shrimp, which were super crispy and had the best flavor. The French Dip sandwich was tangy and so tender it was insane, and that au jus on the side was 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼!!! The Double Stack Burger was simple but perfect and I appreciated that it was just well executed and well seasoned. The Rotisserie Chicken was just a perfect dish, a classic that was just done right - I swapped out fries for the loaded baked potato because of course! The Crab Cakes were 99.9% crab and I loved every bite!!! And when I saw “Not Your Average” Mac and Cheese - I had to give this a try - and it is a MUST. WOW! The Chocolate Cake for dessert was decadent in the best way, and who can say no to Key Lime Pie!? I really was so impressed with this place, it’s definitely the spot to go for a girls night out or a fancy date night. When you go to J. We tried Bartaco in KOP for Taco Tuesday last week, and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant is super cute with ample seating and a huge bar.
