Set on a working cacao farm in the middle of lush rainforest, Rabot Hotel has chocolate everywhere - from the mini bar, to the spa treatments, to the restaurant menu. Some of our favourite features of this hotel include the the infinity pool overlooking the Pitons, the onsite walking trails, and the beautiful eco-lodges with rainfall showers. We also love that they are very eco-conscious from composting to recycling rain water to using solar power. They also source much of their menu locally and from their onsite organic farm. Best of all, they offer guests the opportunity to make their own chocolate in their famous ‘Tree to Bar’ class. Anyone can take this class (even if you’re not staying at this hotel).
