perfect recipe for kidney disease, heart disease, or high blood pressure that our toddler also loves 🙌🏻 1) Season panko (I use paprika, garlic powder, onion & herb mrs. dash, salt, pepper, and homemade low sodium ranch seasoning) 2) Mix 3 eggs + splash of milk + splash of dressing + same seasonings above 3) Let thinly sliced chicken breast cutlets sit in egg mixture, then dip into panko 4) Fry over medium(ish) heat in a high heat oil such as avocado oil or canola for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, flip and repeat 5) Top with mozzarella & red sauce for chicken parm, buffalo sauce, hot honey, honey mustard, ranch, etc. Put into a salad as the protein. The options are endless!
