To be clear I dont really eat butter like this often. I use healthy fats often and I love grass fed butter but I was just doing this in honor of @Butter Dawg
This method of food portioning does not go wrong at all and that is why I want you all to start using this method when fixing your meals. I assure you you’ll start seeing visible change if you stick to this method when portioning your food. The amazing thing about this method is that you can eat with it 2 times a day. For example: 1 cup of rice. You can switch it up to whatever carbs you like.(potato. Spaghetti, plantain are best choice. Yam should be ones in a while) just ensure all your carbs are 1 cup. Keep your carbs low. 1 1/2 cup of vegetable sauce. You can also make ugwu vegetable sauce or spinach sauce. Just ensure your vegetable is 1 1/2 cup always because your fiber intake is very important. Use Two eggs or 1 cup of chicken breast as your source of protein. Protein is also important to lose weight. But it also needs to be moderately added to your food. Not too much, not too small. It should be moderate. You can also use fish for your protein as well. Especially scaly fish and mackerel fish. Use this method for your lunch and dinner. Sometimes skip out the carbs for dinner. But if you must add any. it should be in moderation. Carbs like sweet potato is perfect 👍 I hope this helps. Another round of eating the same meal but with different goals in mind 🙌🏼 Something I love about flexible eating (tracking macros/calories) is it allows you to eat what your family & friends are eating. Before I learned about nutrition I would eat different dinners then my family, my kids would ask why etc. I hated it. When I learned it wasn’t so much about WHAT I was eating & it was more about how MUCH I was eating. I learned I could eat what my family was eating whilst reaching my goals. Here is a good example. My friend is in a deficit at the moment her goal is weightloss so she has lower calories then me & I am in a building phase, trying to build muscle & with that comes a bit of weight gain, so higher calories. We both made lunch, had the same thing but our portions were different.
