Macros for each Cookie (makes 18): 53 Cals, 4g Carbs, 1.75g Fat, 5.5g Protein Ingredients (makes 18): 60g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder 40g PB Party @ProteinCookieButter Powder 30g All Purpose Flour 20g Almond Flour 10g Coconut Flour 6g Zero Cal Sweetener 5g Baking Soda (make sure it's not expired!) Big Pinch Sea Salt 100g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt 60g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup 2 Large Egg (room temperature) 30g Mini Chocolate Chips *Yes the blend of flours I use is essential. Each plays a unique roll in achieving the soft and chewy end product. *If you use a low quality protein powder, please don't make this recipe. It makes up such a big part of the recipe and it'll turn out terrible. Only high quality whey/casein protein powder will yield an amazing end product. *If you want to sub cookie butter powder, use 20g more protein powder and 20g powdered peanut butter. Directions: 1. Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your wet ingredients and mix till you get a cookie dough consistency. Then add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in. 2. Line an oven safe pan with parchment paper and then use a small cookie scooper to add 18 dough balls to the pan. 3. Then lightly wet your fingers and press the cookie dough balls into a cookie shape. 4. Add to oven on 350 degrees F for EXACTLY 4 minutes. No more, no less. 5. Then let set for 15-30 minutes. It's hard to not want to touch them but trust me just let them chill! Then it's time to enjoy! * I’ve noticed these are even better after being in the fridge overnight! 4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites🤩 • Ingredients: 1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml) 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS) • Topping: 100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil • 1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together 2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper 3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours 4.
