Garlic butter sauce 2 sticks butter 1/3 cup seafood stock or chicken broth 1/3 shallot or onion chopped 1 tbs minced garlic Piece of ginger chopped 1/3 cup parsley Juice of 1/2 lemon Seasonings: paprika, curry, chili, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, & brown sugar -Melt butter. Add shallot, ginger, minced garlic, & parsley. Sauté for 2 min. -Add 1/2 tsp each of seasonings. Add seafood stock & cook for a min.
