Recipe: 2 sticks Danish Creamery Sea Salted butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1.5 sleeves Saltine crackers (approximately 50 crackers) 10 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips Toppings: toffee bits, M&Ms, candy eyeballs, orange sprinkles Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the saltine crackers on a foil lined sheet pan. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Bring mixture to a boil, and boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in vanilla. Pour the butter mixture over the saltines, and spread. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and sprinkle the chocolate on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until melted, and use the spatula to spread it over the crackers in an even layer. Sprinkle the candy pieces and toppings on top. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
