do come through! Made this porridge inspired by one of my favorite Brazilian🇧🇷 desserts, a corn pudding called curau. 🌟💛 You can eat it warm or refrigerate it for a pudding texture. Recipe 🌽 * 3 cups frozen or fresh corn * 2 cups of your favorite milk( the more fat the creamier it will be) * 2 Tbs monk fruit sweetener(maple syrup, honey, or sugar will work) Add corn and milk to a blender. After blending well pass it through a sieve to remove the fiber, or leave it on if you prefer. Transfer to a pot and heat on medium to low heat until it thickens. (should thicken in less than 10 minutes, you don’t need to bring it to a boil).
