We made the Viral Pasta Salad by @Katryce and all we have to say is RUN to get the ingredients 🤤 This was truly a 10/10! Here’s how we made it: - 1 box colored rotini pasta, cooked and cooled - 1 cup English cucumber, diced - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered - 1/2 red onion, diced - 1/3 cup kalamata olives, halved (our addition) - 1/3 cup pepperonicini peppers, sliced (our addition) - 4.5 oz salami, chopped (our addition) - 4 oz provolone cheese, cubed (our addition) - Salad Supreme Seasoning, to taste but use a heavy hand - 16oz Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing 1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine, cover, and refrigerate over night. PASTA SALAD I’m typically all about warming, hearty meals in the winter time but I make an exception for pasta salad. This is a cold dish I love having year round! It has a great balance of carbs, protein and fat; it’s so simple to prep, and tastes absolutely delicious! It’s also easy to customize, if there’s an ingredient you don’t have on hand, or don’t care for, it can be omitted or swapped with a similar ingredient. Hope you enjoy! How To Cook: Cold Italian Pasta Salad 1lb Tri-Color Pasta cooked, drained, & cooled 1 3.8oz can sliced black olives Grape Tomatoes sliced in half Deli Ham cubed (any type is fine) Dressing: Equal parts olive oil & lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, dried basil, dried oregano. Mix together until well combined. Pour dressing over pasta and mix together. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. *you can add more or less of each item.
