Candied Almonds are so good 😁 #easyrecipe #sweet #candy #fyp Candied Almonds 4 C. Almonds (or your favorite nut) 1 C. Brown Sugar 1 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Cardamom 4 TBS. Cinnamon 2 Lg. Egg Whites 1 TBS. Vanilla 2 TBS. Water (I used cinnamon whiskey) In a large bag add sugars, salt, cardamom, and cinnamon shake to mix and set aside. Next whip egg whites, vanilla, and water in a large bowl til frothy. Pour Almonds into froth mixing/folding til nuts are well coated, then pour into bag of sugar mixture and shake til mixed. Add nuts to a parchment lined baking sheet evenly spread almonds and bake at 250°F for 1 hour mixing every 15 minutes. Let Almonds cool completely before storing in an airtight container. 😁
