The Best Shrimp Scampi with Garlic Crostini- flavor explosion Ingredients: 1 lbs Black Tiger jumbo shrimp @lobsteranywhere 5 garlic cloves 2 tbs olive oil for sauté 2 tbs for sauté + 2 tbs to finish the sauce 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 lemon- juiced and zested 1/2 tsp chili flakes (I used smoked) Salt to taste Pepper to taste Parsley Chives Method: 1. Pat dry shrimp and season with salt and pepper; sauté in butter and olive oil for about 1-2 mins per side and set aside 2. Crush you garlic and sauté until fragrant; add wine and simmer for a few minute; 3. The Best Creole Fried Shrimp Recipe! 🍤 Yields about 1 Lb (20-25) JumboShrimp (peeled) Creole Fried Shrimp Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Green Seasoning (my own recipe is in my ebook “The Undrafted Chef”) 2 Tsp Creole Seasoning (I make my own, but use Tony C’s) 1 Tsp Coarse Pepper 2 Eggs (beaten) 1/2 Cup Cornstarch 1/4 Cup Flour Boyd’s Remoulade Sauce Ingredients: 1 Cup of Mayonnaise 3 Green Onions (finely minced) 2 Tbsp of Chili Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp of Stone Ground Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice 2 Cloves of Garlic (minced) 2 Tsp of Fresh Ginger (grated) Salt and Pepper to Taste Creole Butter Sauce: 12 Tbsp of Butter (1.5 sticks) 3 Garlic Cloves (minced) 1 Tbsp of Creole Seasoning (I make my own, but use Tony C’s) Lemon Zest from One Lemon Lemon Juice from One Lemon 1 Tbsp of Honey Make sure to pat dry the shrimp after they are peeled. In a large bowl with the shrimp, add the green seasoning,creole seasoning and pepper then lightly toss. Add the beaten egg, starch and flour and toss until fully coated. You may need gloves for this step. Place them individually on a baking rack to set for about 15-20 minutes. Heat oil to about 350-360 degrees and fry in batches of 7 for about 2 minutes. Do not overcrowd the pan. Creole Butter Sauce: On medium heat melt the butter, add the garlic and whisk. Add the zest from one lemon, lemon juice then add the creole seasoning and whisk. Add the honey and whisk again. turn the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the shrimp, toss and serve with remoulade sauce. FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 1 lb XL peeled & deveined raw shrimp of choice. - 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil - @Flavor God Taco Tuesday seasoning or any taco seasoning of choice. (Link + discount code in bio) - Cooked Jasmine Rice Corn & Black Bean Salsa (Combine all ingredients) - 1 cup roasted yellow corn (cooled) - 1 cup black beans (strained and rinsed) - 1/2 cup finely diced red onion - 1/2 cup finely diced pablano pepper - 1/2 cup finely diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - Juice of 1 lime - Salt to taste - Garlic powder to taste Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce (Blend all ingredients together) - ~1 cup light sour cream - ~1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - Zest of 1/2 a lime - Juice of 1/2 a lime - 2 cloves of galric - 1/2 bunch of cilantro - Salt to taste Note: Adjust ingredients to your liking and only add 1-2 tbsp of water at a time until you reach desired thickness. DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the corn and black bean salsa. Remove corn from cob and roast over high heat for 3-5 minutes mixing frequently then add to a bowl and let cool. While corn is cooling, prepare other ingredients. Combine all and place in fridge. 2. Prepare the creamy cilantro lime sauce and place in fridge. 3. Prepare the shrimp. Make sure they're clean and all the shell is removed then add to a large bowl with olive and taco seasoning. Mix till welll combined. 4. Cook shrimp in large greased skillet over medium high heat for 2-3 min per side. Be careful to not over cook. 5.
