KOREAN BEEF RICE BOWLS Per meal (makes 5) 500 Calories 34g Protein 53g Carbs 16g Fat This is one of my all time favorite meal prep recipes - it’s an incredibly simple process to make, but is absolutely exploding with flavor from the ultra savory beef marinade. The low calorie sriracha mayo adds a nice spice + acidity that balances out the salt/umami from the beef, and the flavor holds incredibly well when reheated as a meal prep. This is also a featured recipe in my new meal prep cookbook (with 100+ pages of meal prep recipes just like this one) 🫡 Recipe 👇 Low Calorie Sriracha Mayo: 90g light Mayo 50g Sriracha Juice from ½ a lemon (about 1 tablespoon) 1/2 tspn garlic powder 2 tblspn milk or water Salt to taste Korean beef: 24oz 96% ground beef 2 tspn sesame oil 1.5 tablespoon minced garlic
30g brown sugar 80g soy sauce 
20g gochujang
3 green onions Bowl ingredients: 300g basmati rice (uncooked weight)* Sesame seeds + green onion garnish *Around 750g cooked weight. Divide total by 5 for each “bowl” or serving. Korean Beef Bowl Serving Size 4oz Calories 275 P: 21g C: 2g F: 17g Serving Per Recipe: 4 16oz Ground Beef ½ tbsp Sesame Seed Oil ½ tbsp Onion Powder ½ tbsp Garlic Powder ¼ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Gochujang 1 tbsp Ginger (paste or powder) ½ cup Green Onion (chopped) Garnish with sesame seeds To make the sauce combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, gochujang, and ginger. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and set aside. Season ground beef with black pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Heat your pan and add the sesame seed oil, cook ground beef, and drain excess fat. Mix in the sauce you made and then add in chopped green onions a cook on medium-low for 3-5 mins. Easy Korean Beef Rice Bowl Ingredients: 3 tbsp cooking oil 350g ground beef 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced ginger 1/4 cup diced onion Chopped onion Ground black pepper Sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp chili flakes Garnish: Sesame seeds Chopped green onions Directions: -In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chili flakes. -Heat oil in a pan. Add the ground beef, cook until no longer pink. -Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Saute until softened. Season with black pepper. -Add soy sauce mixture and stir until well combined. Simmer for about 2 minutes. -Add green onions and sesame seeds. -Serve with white rice and egg. Japanese BBQ Beef Bowl🔥 A weekly staple in my house right here. I've been eating this at least 3-5x a week the past few months! It's simple, quick, tastes f*cking delicious and never gets old for me. Also so easy to make/prep! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 1 lb lean ground beef (Used 90/10) - Avocado oil spray - Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. - @Bachan’s Japanese BBQ - Jasmine rice (cooked) - Sliced cucumbers - Shredded carrots - Kimchi - Green onions - Sesame seeds Note: Adjust measurements and ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Prep your rice according to the directions on the package. 2. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat. Spray then add in your ground beef. Break it up then season to your liking. Once the beef is about done (usually 7-10 min), lower the heat and add in the Japanese bbq sauce. Mix till well combined and let cook for an extra few mins. This will allow the flavor to cook into the beef. 3. Prep your veggies and other add-ins. 5. Southwest Steak Bowl 🥩🔥 This right here will not disappoint! Easy, healthy, packed with flavor and can be done in under 30 minutes. Definitely will be a new staple in my routine & I bet after you make it, it will be a staple for you too! 🤝 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~1.5 lbs steak of of choice (I used top sirloin) - 2-3 tbsp of avocado oil - Southwest Style seasoning of choice (I used Moms Gourmet Wow-a Chihuahua Seasoning) - Cooked Jasmine Rice Toppings (optional) - Avocado slices - Chopped Cilantro Corn & Black Bean Salsa (Combine all ingredients) - 1 cup yellow corn (strained and rinsed) - 1 cup black beans (strained and rinsed) - 1/2 of a red onion finely diced - 1 jalapeño finely diced - 1/2 cup finely diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro - ~2 tbsp fresh minced garlic - Juice of 1 lime - Salt to taste Sweet Creamy Chipotle Sauce (Mix all ingredients together) - ~1/3 cup light sour cream - ~2/3 cup fat free plain greek yogurt - ~3 tbsp of @TABASCO BRAND Chipolte Sauce - ~1.5 tbsp of @Siete Foods Chamoy sauce - ~1.5 tbsp of honey - ~1 tsp Garlic powder Note(s): Adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the corn and black bean salsa by combining all of the ingredients above. Place in fridge till ready to serve. 2. Prepare the creamy sweet chipotle sauce by combining all of the ingredients above. Place in fridge till ready to serve. 3. Cut steak into cubes then add to a large bowl. Drizzle in avocado oil and season heavy. Mix till welll combined. 4. Cook the steak in large greased skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes. Mix every few minutes until done to your liking. 5. Gyudon Ingredients * 0.5 lbs thinly sliced beef * 1/2 cup water * 1/2 tsp hondashi * 1.5 tbsp sugar * 1/4 cups sake * 5 tbsp mirin * 5 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tsp ginger(minced) * 1/2 onion(sliced) * Cooked rice * Onsen Tamago * Green onion * Pickled ginger * Togarashi Instructions 1. In a saucepan, combine water, hondashi, sugar, sake, mirin, and soy sauce. Simmer on medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. 2. Add minced ginger and onions and cook for 5 minutes so the onions soften up. 3. Add sliced beef and cook for a 5 minutes until the beef is no longer raw. 4.
