Recipe below: INGREDIENTS For the fries: Alexia®️Julienne Sweet Potato Fries Cheddar cheese, shredded Sour cream Avocado slices Jalapeño slices Green onion For the chili: 1 tsp olive oil 1 pound lean ground beef 1/2 cup onion, diced 1 garlic clove, minced 15 ounce can diced tomatoes (do not drain) 16 ounce can tomato sauce 1/2 cup beef bone broth 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cocoa powder 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp pepper 15 ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat oil in dutch oven over medium high heat. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook and break up meat, for about 5 minutes. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for additional minute. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, bone broth, and the rest of the seasonings. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 20-30 minutes until chili has thickened. 2. Preheat air fryer to 360°F, add frozen sweet potato fries into air fryer basket. Cook for about 12 minutes, shake the basket and cook for another 12 minutes. 3. Top fries with chili, shredded cheddar cheese (broil for about 2 minutes or until cheese is melty), sour cream, avocado, jalapeños, green onion. Enjoy!
