Preparing Birria Tacos in my college dorm room 🌮 #foodtok #foodtiktok #foodie #birriatacos #birra #tacos #dormhacks #dormlife Cooking instructions (may vary): • Simmer 1 pound chuck roast in water • Add to broth: California chillis, arbol chillies, halved onion, garlic, black pepper, salt, bay leaves, onion powder, garlic powder, sazon packet • Let simmer for 1 hour • Remove everything except the meat, place in blender • Blend • Add back to pot with meat • Let cook for 1 more hour • Remove meat and place in bowl • Shred with for and add birria sauce • Dip flour tortilla in sauce and place in pan • Add shredded white cheese and birria, fold and cook until brown and crispy • Plate and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime!
