Another cool factoid - it’s also a relatively short-lived cactus - living only 10-15 years. But thats still a long time to have and love them in your collection.

The summer sun came out fierce this year, with very little acclimation time, it was like we skipped Spring. We went from overcast days to full strength sun and our garden plants really paid the price.
Like these Aeonium ‘Kiwi’! They are dormant and close up in the summer. But they shouldnt be ALL pale yellow - like the first cluster, and they definitely shouldn’t be crispy brown. All are signs of too much sun. Way too much sun.

Would it make any difference to you if the package with your cactus pads had handles or not? We do add a Caution! sticker and no one complains about the current packaging, so maybe handles are overkill and a waste?
