What you see in my videos is mostly edited, many times sped up, so that it looks like the process flows seamlessly. Here is the real speed drawing, that inculdes moments to focus on strokes and mimicking them before the pen actually touches the paper. Do you do that, too? It's sort of like playing an air guitar. 😁 Each line is slow and deliberate. It focuses your attention on the present moment, which is why we call it meditation in motion. 🤍
