We often forget how crucial it is for us to believe that we are capable of achieving all that we set our mind to.
There's a lot more to it than just belief of course, like hard work, persistence, perseverance, consistency, effort etc. However, just the simple act of ultimately believing we can, will tremendously fuel all of those in a positive way. It's a smart piece of the puzzle.
The mere action of thinking that we aren't able, can have an immense negative effect on our performance in many areas of our life, for a number of reasons. We can have all the pieces of that puzzle but the negativity can really set you back on your A game.

A lot of us create vision boards, set goals and have new years resolutions. That's a great start but those are just some of the ingredients it takes to actually succeed. Having a vision is great but it must be backed up with a solid strategy and those strategic moves have to become a habit. Focus on the habits that you need to uphold and form, in order to achieve that thing that you really want for yourself.
You know it, I know it, that if someone else can do something SO CAN YOU!!! FACT!!!
Just start and you will get there. Consistency is key, the quicker you start and take action and the more you do that thing, the quicker you'll succeed at it. Be relentless. Instead of taking 10yrs to do something, try do it in 2.
Just start, sometimes we need to just put one foot in front of the other and take smaller steps so we don't quit on ourselves.
I want you to start being super proud of yourself for all those milestones no matter how little it may seem because in the bigger scheme of things it was the little milestones that got you there.

This sounds like a very obvious question to ask ourselves. I challenge you to just take a minute and really sit with this question in what ever area of life you think is necessary or just for the heck of it, go over every aspect of your life and see what comes up.
You already have all the answers that you need within you. Intuition is golden, it's there, use it.
I can't stress this enough but honestly, looking after our mental wellbeing, is so incredibly important. Life is too short. You deserve to be happy, if you aren't, that downward spiral will soon catch up with you. Then you'll start to see all area's of your life being affected, work life, love life, athletics, motivation, our overall performance, even your cooking skills will lack. When we’re content and happy, we have a higher chance of success.
Make it your mission in life to do what's best for yourself. Start putting YOU first, not to the detriment of anyone of course but we're often so selfless that we put everything and everyone else before ourselves. It's time to start making sure we're okay and are a priority too.

POV: Let's be clear, manifesting isn't a form of magic. It's more of a process of introspection to get you clear on what you really want for your future. Then, of course, you need to take practical actions to get there.
When you combine that with imagining how happy it'll make you feel to have/achieve something, it specifically does 2 things: Firstly it gets you away from focusing on the negatives, like how hard it may be to achieve it and will minimize potential anxiety attached to it. Promoting achieving it in a calmer state.
Secondly it tricks your mind. Our subconscious mind is constantly trying to achieve 2 things, either to make us happy or to protect us. If our subconscious knows how happy it'll make you once you achieve it, it'll start to realign itself to support you on that journey in various ways, rather than seeing the goal as scary/unachievable and as a result your mind will try to protect you from this hard task by creating various obstacles like anxiety, depression or giving up.
Thinking about how happy achieving your goal will give you additional motivation to stick with it, as you'll constantly be reminded why you're doing that thing. When we want something bad enough, it makes us show up more and push harder.

We have a habit of saying what we don't want. The more we try to convince ourself to not be, for example sad, if you use the wrong wording in that moment, you'll be adding to your own negative downward spiraling thought loop. The words we say impact our involuntary motions and emotions. Trick your brain by speaking positively and on a molecular & cellular level, it'll manifest itself positively opposed to negatively.
