I don’t see a difference.
Energy & vibrational work are both intentionally focused on the energy fields of the body & both increase the healthy energy flow & overall functions of the body Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, & Electrically.
Energy is a term I use most frequently, but I also use the terms vibration, frequency, life force, innate, electric, & vitality.
Do a Google search & you will find highly detailed explanations of this subject.
I once took the complicated route & it didn’t turn out so well.

Here’s the question of the day.
How long does it take to change a pattern or habit?
Now the most common answer that you will see to this question is you can change a habit in 21 days which I totally disagree with.
Some habits take longer to change and some habits can be changed in an instant.
In 2009, the University College London published research on the subject in the European Journal of Social Psychology. Their research demonstrated that the time it takes is still not clearcut.
The average time is 66 days.
I’ve always found this question so interesting all by itself.
If my biggest goal is to make a permanent change from a negative pattern or habit what does it really matter as long as I’M CONSISTENTLY GETTING CLOSER AND CLOSER TO MY END GOAL OR I’M GETTING BETTER & BETTER?
I’m good to go!
