Tight shoulders? Read this to feel better in your body ⤵️
1. Leverage arm stretch with a booty band - keep the ribs in here (don't let them flare out) so you're really bringing the stretch into your shoulders and pectorals.
2. Weighted arm circle - use a light weight, one you can stay in control when you draw your circle. This stretches the muscles in the chest, back, and shoulder area - especially when you exaggerate your circle. Start with a 3 pound weight, water bottle, or can of food if you don't have a very light weight.
3. Cactus the arm and press the elbow back back back for a nice pec stretch. You can also add in a neck stretch by tilting upper head away from your stretched arm.
