PROTEIN OVERNIGHT WEETBIX 🫐🍓 This protein overnight weetbix is the perfect breakfast to prepare the night before! It tastes so delicious and is also healthy and filling to fuel you for your day! ☺️💪🏼 Ingredients … - 2 weetbix, crushed - 150ml of milk - 30g protein powder (I used @x50lifestyle rich caramel … use my code NUTRITIONBYKAYLA for $$$ off) - 100g greek yoghurt - Drizzle of sugar free maple syrup - 15g peanut butter (I used @buddee.au ) - 125g of frozen mixed berries (@stoneybrook_berries ) Recipe … 1. Crush the weetbix in a shallow container. 2. Then add in your milk and stir to combine. Use the back of a spoon to flatten down the weetbix. 3. In a separate bowl combine the greek yoghurt and protein powder, until smooth. Add a little bit of water if the mixture is too thick. 4. Pour yoghurt mixture on top of the flattened weetbix. 5. Then add your frozen berries, maple syrup and peanut butter on top. 6. Cover and place in fridge overnight. 7. Then enjoy your delicious protein weetbix the next morning! ☺️ *The protein powder I used is the rich caramel lean whey protein.
