Meet June 6th’s Dog of the Week: Venus!
Just like my brother Astro, I've had an interesting life before coming to the shelter. I was unsure of what was happening around me and wasn't too nice to the people handling me. Although, since then I have been working with some amazing people, I am learning how nice people can be everyday! Venus is less timid and more adaptable than her brother, but she definitely needs her time to get used to new things. We do require another dog to be in the household as it helps bring out her wonderful personality and teaches her how to be a dog. She is super playful and quirky and loves attention, she just needs a little more help to understand that people aren't so scary!
