I really worked with layers on this one. The guitars had multiple takes fused together to create a sonic soundscape underneath a main riff. The drums were meant to sound "drunk" and hypnotic. Go listen on your streaming platform of choice.

I wrote “Incredible Ways” as a reminder for myself, to get over self-doubt and low self-esteem issues that many of us face day in and day out.

I was in a period of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, anxiety, and depression leading into and during most of covid. “Incredible Ways” was born out of this…and the TV show, The O.C. but more on that later. This past year, a few friends and acquaintances who also had depression and anxiety, tried to self-medicate. They O.D.’d due to fentanyl-related causes without knowing or having intention. Let me introduce to you Stein. JP Marone created him. He’s been put in many different scenarios, it’s his own fault. He’s lived life, questioned morality, enjoyed a bong or two, traveled up in space and out to sea. I’m not sure at which moment in time that we connected but we’ve hung out for a few years now.
