Today was a good day!
34 cats were fixed. 1 was already fixed but he got his shots.
We were able to sponsor another clinic!! 2nd one!!!
I have to personally thank the trappers for being boots on the floor, Stray Paws for giving us a day to fix our community feral cats and our AMAZING sponsors that help pay for it.
The dream is to be able to sponsor more clinics like this. The dream is to start reducing the huge overpopulation problem that's going on everywhere.
And it being that our mission for our rescue is to help the stray, feral and abandoned cats...this we think will start making a larger difference. At some point we dream that we are able to do more clinics more often. The goal right now is to get two or three sponsored spay/neuter clinics going once a month.
For now, baby steps!
If you find it in your heart that you'd like to be part of this amazing new adventure for us, please feel free to help us out any way you can. We can always use donations towards the clinic because there are extra cost. It all a cost and we're finding wonderful sponsors to help us out. But there's always extra costs because these cats are street cats and sometimes they need a little extra help and it cost money.

And if you look closely he has an eye issue. Vet checked it out. He is fine. It does not bother him or get in the way of getting himself in trouble.
If you're looking for a playmate for one of your cats...he's the one for you! If you don't have another young cat at home, we will not do the adoption. As our application states, we do not do single kitten (under 8 months) adoptions if there is no other young cat at home.

Today was a very exciting day for our rescue!
We were blessed with sponsorship for our very first feral cat spay and neuter clinic!!! 😻🖤🤍❤️
35 cats were brought in to be fixed today!
Our wonderful trappers friends were up most of the night trapping these guys!
I cannot begin to thank our AMAZING sponsors, the hard working trappers and dedicated Stray Paws Animal Haven for having this clinic for us today!!
Tonight our little warrior cats will recover. And tomorrow they will go back home feeling a lot better!
You see the kitties today were not only fixed...they were vaccinated, de-fleaed, dewormed (if needed) and microchipped.
No more babies!! And these little warriors will start getting better and healthier because there will be no more need for breeding!
Be part of the solution!! No more kittens being born to suffer.
Tonight...the Rescue Mama's tired because her crazy butt went to do pictures too!!

Today was a HORRIBLE day for our rescue.
This is the WORST part of rescue.
We saved SAFFRON over 5 years ago. Our poor guy went back and forth to the different PetSmarts over the years.
He was a very sweet, loving, funny cat. I loved his mustache. He had the cutest little meow.
Every cat that went into the cat room, he was the first one to say hello. He loved every cat. He was very fond of the Workin' Whiskers dogs.
We estimated his age to be over 8 years old.
The rescue mama and him spent a lot of time playing and hanging out when she was in the cattery cleaning.
He had always been a very skinny cat. We discovered he had kidney issues and as much as we tried he wasn't getting better. This morning when the rescue mama was feeding him, he had that look. He had that I've given up look.
So she kissed him and cried her heart out. And then we sent him to heaven.
She's so mad that she never got him his happily ever after. Yes he was loved and yes he lived with all his buddies but he never had his own family. And it hurts SOOOOOO much!!!!
Rescue mama will see you over the rainbow SAFFRON.
Tell all my babies I still love them and think of them often.
Keep the rescue mama in your prayers. She's a HUGE MESS.
