This album is meant to reflect an unpolished authentic folk sound that’s rough around the edges. We wanted to give that feeling of sitting on a porch listening to people play guitars or looking out the window on a snowy day. This is the only album I’ve ever done that is based entirely on real memories which was a bit of a challenge. All in all I’m happy with the turnout and excitement about its digital release.
