This special Wishing Jar Birthday card adds a little magic to your present. It’s perfect for sending a gift card or for that someone special in your life. Supplies Needed: Wishing Jar template downloaded from our website Glitter in varying sizes 2-3 sheets of cardstock Clear glue Plastic sandwich bag Shipping tape or other tape Start by downloading and printing off the printable from our website. Cut out the mason jar and then you can either color in the letters or if you’re feeling snazzy, cut out the letters in a different color and glue them on. Use a leftover watercolor painting, or use crayons or markers to color a background piece for your mason jar and then cut it to size. Then get a sandwich-sized plastic bag and fill it with about a tablespoon each of varying sizes of glitter, clear glue and water. Make sure it’s sealed up REALLY well. Then starting with the plastic bag, lay down the plastic bag and your jar backing, then tape them to the card. I used shipping tape. Once you’re done, glue another piece of cardstock to the inside and write whatever special message you’d like. Tada, magic! #kidscrafts #kidscraftideas #kidscraftstagram #craftsforkidsandadults #craftsforkids created by Wild Creek with 's Astro Beat
