So easy and so good!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Mayo (more or less depending on preference)
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4-1/2 cup diced pecans (you can use walnuts too!)
- 1-2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
- 1/2 cup chopped apples (you can use grapes or cranberries instead if you’d like!
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1-2 lemons freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
